DO NOT SHOP AT JOURNEYS I purchased shoes 3 days ago and they won’t return them because I “wore them” INSIDE MY HOME. Pictures below for reference. No wear and NO TEAR at all!! Worst customer service if you second guess a shoe. Don’t waste your time shopping here. Go to a quality store that is honest about returns. Today is Wednesday purchased Sunday. Update- returned at a different store. They also were unsure why they didn’t accept my return

Libby helped me right when I came through the door. She noticed me window shopping and was ready to help me right at 11 am. She even went to the kids store to find socks that are gonna look perfect with my new Dr.Martins. I usually feel weird getting help from people but she was very inviting and I appreciate her help sooo very much. I hope to see her next time when I come in.

Is sad when you go for a interview but if you have never shopped there you don’t get hired. I will never plan on shopping there now.

Bad customer service. Make you buy something you’re not sure about and then not let you return them

I have to say journey's brings a whole different atmosphere to shopping. They are always having fun and focus more so in building connections with customers rather than selling shoes in general. Every time I go into the store I'm greeted with smiles and respect. Everyone is super helpful and I never fail to find what I need. Even if they don't have what I'm looking for in stock, they're always able to point me in the right direction. Overall I'm very pleased with the customer service that Journey's brings.
