I’m sorry but out of desperation I revisited this location and my experiences at this store is never a good one, the employees are not welcoming, they don’t greet customers I’ve been to this store 5 times and was not greeted one time, I’ve walked out this store once because no one cared to even ask if I could be helped, I stood there for 5 minutes with one shoe in my hand. I absolutely hate this store, I’d rather shop online then to interact with those employees at that location they have horrible customer service skills. Please corporate reach out to the employees at the store and let them know that to treat customers all the same, not only white customers deserve good customer service, people of color do too.
