Our families experience with JD Stairs was nothing but amazing. From Day 1 when my husband met with Kevin to go over our vision, to meeting with the Project Managers MULTIPLE times because our vision changed....multiple times. Everyone was incredible. Always patient and professional. Willing to give ideas as well as recommendations to ensure we were truly happy. Eddie was our project manager and was there every single day to ensure the process went smoothly. When the team was not 100% on a certain piece of the railing, they ensured it was replaced even though I'm sure I would never be able to tell. Throughout the project, there was not one day that the team was not there when they said they would be, if anything they arrived early. At the beginning of the process, the team ensured that our house and all items where protected. I mean everything! The teams cleaned daily as they left and made this the most incredible experience. However, the most important detail to me is to share how they customized the process, as we have small children. This project may have ended a few days earlier, however they went above and beyond to remove our previous railing section by section and replaced section by section so that we would not need to leave the house, and that our children were safe. The finished product was beyond anything we could have imagined and we are beyond impressed with every single detail that JD Stairs did to ensure their work is perfect. Thank you, Eddie, Kevin, Yoon, and "Team Stain". You've set the bar high for our next project.

We work regularly with JD Stairs. The entire team there is professional and knowledgeable. Those in the industry speak very highly of the quality and history of this company. Would absolutely recommend them and trust with making sure the job is complete at the highest quality by individuals who know what they are doing.

I personally did not use this business BUT I do know the gentleman is VERY honest and reliable. He found my husbands cell phone in Las Vegas and returned it to us. Very thankful for him and I’d def use him for business !

Let’s just start off with, Good people are hard to find these days. Your employee (RIGO)👍🏽 found a phone that belong to my cousin vacationing that he lost and got back to us to return it. It may be time to promote this man💯

This place is amazing. They do astonishing work! They are always eager to help and all our dealings were full of integrity. They delivered more than I bargained for. I am definitely keeping these guys in my contacts as my first choice for ANY kind of construction.
