I came to this agency for the first time. I saw so many reviews praising the service that I came to see if I had that luck! But unfortunately it wasn't like that for me. In the first hour of waiting, only TWO passwords were called. If someone arrived for PJ service, that person would pass in front of all the people who were already waiting (and it was a PF service table…). For a long time, two tables were empty and no attendant called anyone to be served... Total disregard for me and for so many elderly people who were already waiting. First and last time!
Good service in a few minutes I managed to open my checking account and leave with a card in hand.
So far I have nothing to complain about,
I will return to evaluate after three months,

I went to Itau to make a deposit and was informed that from today, June 29th, only those who were going to make the appointment could make a deposit at the cashier's office, now tell me that number for that appointment.
