The place could have chairs to sit on and not benches that can fit 3 people, it's always crowded and people sit on the floor or stand......tell the owner to put more chairs👍👍👍👍👍👍

The only bank I saw that told customers to wait outside in the sun, forming a long line, waiting to deliver and get a password to be served

Unfortunately, this is a disregard for customers, most of whom are INSS beneficiaries, the elderly, the disabled or mothers with babies. They don't hand out a password until you enter the agency to circumvent the waiting time inspection, that's what they imply. Meanwhile, they leave customers waiting for 2 or 3 hours without shelter from the sun or rain.

The slow service provided by this bank is ABSURD. Savings bank wins 10x0. Totally disorganized, employees just showing off their appearance, coming and going while a customer waits 3 hours in line. Too regrettable...
