I'm traveling, and I bought the ON CloudRunner Running shoes for $4660 pesos or 240 $CHF. I reported the defects 7 days after purchase. On the ticket of the store, it mentions 60 days to swap in case of defects. The shoes have defects anyone can see. They answered the phone. They denied giving me a new pair of shoes without defects. Welcome to 3rd World Mexico.
