Ideal Roofing & Exteriors

I had a deplorable roof with missing shingles and many other damages to name a few. But here comes Ideal Roofing to the rescue. The team explained to me what the process was going to be, lifetime expectations, and the total cost. When they showed up at my house on time, the work started immediately. What a fantastic job they did. The cleanup was amazing and it was like they never was there working on the roof. They picked up all the nails and garbage, and left the place sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend them for your next roofing project or other projects that you may have. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jordan Brister and Michael Munk trying to figure out what to do about my old roof. We went over all of the options as well as the technology behind each option. I had two other roofing contractors give me quotes on it and the price from Ideal was better and included a much larger package. Im sure it isnt always as fast but when i signed the document that was going through with it they were out in two days putting my roof up. I would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a smooth transfer from an old roof to a new one. Thanks guys

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They replaced my roof 10 years ago and nothing but problems since then. First rainstorm we had new roof leaked worse than old one. I currently have Matts roofing fixing another one of the problems that ideal exteriors left behind to the tune of over $700.00 and I would be more than happy to share pictures with anyone that is interested in not wasting their money on these guys. In addition to not knowing how to put on new roofs, these guys were so bad that they damaged or destroyed most of my window screens when they pulled off the old roof. It is now 2020 and still have problems/leaks from roof they intstalled. Here are pictures of repairs that have been made to our roof as a result of their shoddy work

Jordan red ideal roofing was a pleasure to deal with and kept all his promises . We are very happy weather new roof they also had to replace some plywood and vent stacks. Very impressed with the cleanup all around my house. Everyone involved with this company is top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jordan and his team did an amazing job, especially with the condition our new home came in. We purchased our first fixer upper home. We knew our roof was in horrible shape when we bought it. We contacted 20 roofing companies and Jordan was the fastest and most accommodating to our needs and timeframe. Jordan provided diagrams of our roof before providing quotes. He explained the process clearly and was quick to respond by text. Then, he and his team were able to get the needed materials and complete the job in ONE day. Jordan was up at 7:00AM and waited for many hours to make sure all was properly set up for the project. We had a completely rotten roof with many hornet nests dug in there. After Jordan and his team finished the work, we inspected the roof and we are thrilled with it!! I highly recommend Jordan and his team again. Thank you so very much!!
