They have the best prices in New Orleans !! Amazing customer service from the cashiers and deli employees! Hospitality at its finest very well decor throughout the whole store! Amazing vibes and will always do my weekly shopping here 👍🏻

Today my husband and I decided to go into ideal on Clearview an airline highway. The store is very beautiful. BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! From the moment my husband and I they made it very evident that black people are not welcomed!! Between the employees following us around the store and for the other employees bumping into us as if we're invisible they made it very evident that we are not welcome in their store! And it is sad because I think it is a very beautiful store!! It is said that we've come to this time where you cannot treat others with respect and courtesy because of a different ethnicity or culture you treat them with such disrespect and such disregard. What happened to everyone respecting each other as human beings this company this store does not represent that AT ALL!! If it was possible that I did not have to give them a star at all I would not give them any!! IT IS SAD THAT YOU CAN ENTER A LOCATION AND THEY CAN'T SHOW YOU AN OUNCE OF kindness and that should be given away freely!! IF THE OTHER INDIVIDUALS WHO WALK AROUND FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS BECAUSE THEY ARE OF A DIFFERENT RACE EVERY PERSON DOES NOT STEAL AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOU MET MEET ARE ENCOUNTER SO TREAT EVERYONE WITH THE SAME RESPECT AS YOU WOULD HAVE YOURSELF.. KINDNESS AND RESPECT GOES ALONG WAY!!! What happened to everyone respecting everyone as human did it just go out the door??? THIS IS SO SAD SO SAD BUT IT'S SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH NASTY PEOPLE!!

Very disappointed I got Fajita Marinaded Hondurans style meat and it barely has pink in it. I'm not sure if it old cause the display it look very pink. I'll definitely remember to ask fornthe meat up front. If I could post a pic of the meat I would.

So just as the other reviewers said I came to get breakfast and the lady added other things to my bill . They don’t know but I speak Spanish and I read it very well, so I knew I didn’t have any tortillas or chilies rellenos. And the breakfast lady had an attitude, and the lady that voided it too. I used to come here a couple years ago but not anymore, I guess you have to be Hispanic to get fair treatment. Then the man asked is it too expensive,then tried to tell me it’s the same price . How is $13.99 the same as $7.63. And I will be posting on my ig @kaykreatesbeaityartist
