From the moment I called to inquire about the service they could provide through setting the appointment, and the follow through with the appointment. The entire experience was very positive. The technician told me exactly when he would be there, he was on time, very thorough in his explanation, and worked efficiently and timely. They left things neat and tidy and everything worked as expected. I’m grateful for the quick response and the professional work that they performed.

I have had a couple great experiences with this business and will continue to use their services. The first time I called for a hot water heater repair. Andy came out and diagnosed. He found some of the repair to be covered under a warranty I didn’t know was still active. We thought it was going to require ordering parts but he did some more searching and was able to source and track down parts to repair the same day! I am trying out their membership program, and just had my first included seasonal inspection completed. Andy is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He makes good recommendations for efficiency with our home systems. Idaho Heating and Air has been fantastic with communication and scheduling, as well as providing quality service.

My furnace quit and this company had a service person out quickly. Decided to replace the unit plus A/C. Came with a free water heater. Next day it was installed. Did a fantastic job and I’m glad I chose them. Never pushed the sale. Recommend!

Chris and Esteban from Idaho Heating and Air arrived when they said they would. Introduced them selves and outlined what they would be doing to install our new mini split. Gave us an estimate on how long it would take. Dismantled the old one and installed the new one. They were professional and informative. They were friendly and efficient! I would not hesitate to ask for them in the future.

Had Chris who did batteries in my smoke alarms and was very appreciated. Very nice guy. Andy came another day checked out my thermostat and furnace. Was very efficient and showed me pictures of my furnace. Was very good.
