Horrible experience in technical support, I went because I wanted to make the warranty valid on my AirPods and they put many obstacles in front of me, saying that it was no longer valid and inventing things just so they wouldn't accept it and wanting to charge for everything, apart from being arrogant, rude and little empathetic. I went directly to the AppleStore and they validated the warranty without any problem and without so much invention that they told me! Don't waste your time in this store, the experience is horrible!
The repair service is terrible, I had an Apple Watch because it didn't turn on, tell the person who attended what and c I had tried with another charger and reboot fan and he didn't react to what he replied that what they would do would be to open it, give it maintenance and determine why. It didn't turn on... when I sent the diagnosis it only says that they tried a forced restart and when they were not reluctant it was determined that it was of no use, charging them $1000 pesos to do something that they had already told them had been tried and without doing what they promised to do
Terrible, they charged me for the diagnosis and obviously the repair (in total 1,700) it takes more than 24 hours of the delivery time and until I mark they tell me that my computer needs a part for 19,000 pesos and if that doesn't leave another for 13,000 pesos So why did they charge me for repairs and things I didn't need?
