It is a disaster. Terrible customer service from the collection sector. I am not a client of the bank and I have no debt, however they keep calling due to an internal bank error. They don't schedule claims, they don't communicate with each other, they don't resolve claims on time, and they harass over the phone all the time without a single apology. I do not recommend the bank, I do not recommend the entity at all. Even when I am not a customer, I have to carry out procedures for them to solve them.

The customer service of the staff that attends inside is just as terrible as that of the guards, they never know how to explain your doubts and they charge you an outrageous amount that not even they know what it is. lousy lousy bank
Yesterday I went to this branch at 3 pm, since during peak hours it is chaos. I arrived and could not enter the ATM lobby, and with signs on the door saying "Out of Service" thinking that they were under maintenance I left. Today I went again at the same time and same situation, the guard whose attention is deplorable, did not even come close to explaining the reason for closure, when the legend on the door says "Lobby 24 hours every day." They wasted my time, it seems to me a lack of respect on the part of the bank's board of directors to not inform their clients with a sign saying the schedule changes, and also to better educate their employees. You are ashamed gentlemen!!
