The attention of the manager and one of the executives was very poor (I do not mention the name out of respect that I do have). Likewise with the receptionist. When they finally manage to answer the call, they don't speak and hang up. It is supposed to be a “premier” agency and it is far from having that level of service. I regret not having seen the comments and rating before coming to this agency/bank.

Very friendly since I called on the phone so they could assist me. Upon arrival, very good attention from the first contact.

The receptionist's attention is terrible. They NEVER answer the phone or pick up and leave you waiting.

There is no ATM, it is business banking
