Hooters

Made a delivery online order last night for their Fan Favorite Special & a free 10pc Birthday wing only to receive it & neither set of wings were bread as selected, the waffle fries weren't edible due to the excessive amount of salt on them, then to make things worse the food was luek warm. The only time I seem to get quality food from this location is during Masters week, other than that it's just a waste of money.

The menu is digital. There were a lot of dirty tables. There were very few girls working. I felt bad but they were clearly doing the best they could. They were very attentive to their job and not doing other things which was nice to see. They were patient and very nice to everyone despite their impatient customers. I would like to come back when the conditions are better. The food was okay. I have had better food here. I hope it was an off day.

We love Brandi! We had a few bad experiences and stayed away for a while. On our return visit, our expectations were quite low, but I was really craving wings. We were greeted by the friendliest, sweetest Server there, Brandi. She brought us our menus, asked how we were doing that day and she's been our girl ever since! We go once a week just to dine in with her! We go for the wings, but stay for the Brandi! 😊💜

Not sure how the food is because after 1 1/2 hour wait...it never came. Wish our waitress would've communicated better. We were waiting on drink refills while she sat at a table with 3 guys hanging out. Lots of tv screens not on the Sunday football games. The manager was super nice. She came over after I canceled my table order but by that time I was already done with the place.

This is the worse service ever at a hooters. It took about 10 minutes to get a drink. Then the sever never came back. Finally my partner went over and ask what’s up. Then she brought my drink back. It was not good. She was sitting at the table behind us chatting and we needed refills. He motioned for her that we needed drinks. After about 30 minutes she brought my salad with no extra ranch I ask for and walked away. We had no silverware. She never came back only after he then got up and walked over to her to tell her I had no way to eat my salad. All the servers were standing around and there were dirty tables when we walked in. As we’re sitting there we noticed there were many TVs that had nothing on them. No game or anything. Just blank after a game had went off. My daughter worked for hooters for 4 years so I am very knowledgeable about the fact they should have every tv to engage the clients. I don’t know if this one is corp or private owned but, someone needs to get in there and get stuff right. I have seen the service decline the last few times there but never this bad. We NEVER GOT OUR FOOD. I finally got up and the manager walked over to the table. Told us sorry and she comped my salad and drink. Did not even offer a coupon or anything to get the wings later. We were there well over 1:45 this was the worse service ever at any hooters.
