These people leaving these reviews should absolutely be appalled at themselves for being so arrogant that they use time that they will never have the opportunity to have ever again, to attempt to ruin some poor, young lady's life by getting her in trouble at her place of employment! You're all far too full of yourselves to ever consider that you could be responsible for causing trouble in one of these people's children's life, or all the exaggerated things you all freely complain about could result in a manager getting in trouble and God knows the collateral damage you could be causing him/her and their family. All of this potential trouble caused by people that think that when they want something, the World should stop. I'd bet my next 5 paychecks that they were in the restaurant on a weekend, during a game, while the kitchen was getting pounded by to-go orders, or something similar. It's not very difficult to figure out, if they were busy enough that it delayed the prep of your food, there's a reason (it's not personal, cupcake, it's called business!)
I went to this location 2 weeks ago, as well as a couple of nights ago and the service was really good from the bartender as well as any member of the staff that I encountered and the food was really good!
All you can ask from a restaurant is that their food is prepared the to the best of their ability, safely, in a reasonable amount of time & that the orders are taken in order. This means that these grown men on the internet complaining and telling on people, have to wait their turn before their order is prepared. Same guys that used to tell their teacher if they saw a classmate breaking a rule! I remember when there were men who act like men in this world! 🙄🙄
Hurt people, hurt people!!
Had not been to a Hooters in a long time, so when I was in Prattville and saw this one, I decided to stop in. My server, Dana was pretty and had a sweet personality. They had a special BOGO on wings, so I got one batch with the ghost pepper sauce and one with the 3 alarm Buffalo sauce. I also got a side salad and fried pickles. The pickles were lightly breaded, but crispy. The ghost pepper wings were very flavorful and not overpowered by the heat, like some other places. The restaurant was very clean, and nicely laid out. 20% Military discount for the food, but not for alcohol.
My bartender was great! Everything was on point, friendly ,and the experience was awesome.I had an order to go, chicken nachos. Expected chicken and at least some sour cream, ended up throwing that trash away. $14 nachos, keep your bartender and fire your cooks. You need more waitresses with that fire your bartender had than picking their favorites and ignoring everyone else.
My son and I went on Veterans Day, and it was ok. I didn't feel it was packed, but the kitchen was off. My son had the tenders and fries and was piping 🔥. My food, on the other hand, was not good. My fries were hot, and my boneless wing was cool. I didn't send them back because I knew the same thing would happen. So I ordered the regular wings and was ok. The service was slow and not pleasing at all. I had ordered a cocktail, and I finished before I got n our food. I really think that for the sacrifices that veterans make to our country, the experience should be way better than Saturday.
This location in Prattville is new, but the menu is consistent everywhere. Nothing has changed it’s just new locations. I had the boneless wing which were just glorified chicken nuggets for adults. I do not think it is better than the quality you would find at Buffalo Wild Wings. I feel the prices are not in line with the quality of the food. I’m not a fan but would return just not in any hurry. As for the staff they tried hard and this review should not reflect on them or their managment.
