Hooters

Went to watch football. But the manager would only play the Commanders for the afternoon games. WtH? This is a MILITARY town. Everyone is NOT a Commanders fan. Play ALL the games! Left and went somewhere else and won't be back. Excellent server but the food was average. Way too much sauce on the wings.

My husband and I when in tonight to get something to eat. We got there and was greeted and was seat. Our order was taken and we watch our favorite football game. It toke hour for us to get our food. We didn’t mind that it toke so long because we had the sweetest waitress her name was Mailka. She came over to us and told us that she was sorry that our order was taking so long my husband and I told her that it was okay and it wasn’t her fault. She came back little bit later with our food and told us sorry again for waiting so long. We then again told her it was okay. If y’all go to make sure you ask for mailka as your waitress she is the sweetest person.

Service was Horrible. I will be contacting Coporate. Jan 2, 2024 After ordering food and waiting 1 hour 30 min. (It was not alot of people there) I was informed my food was given away. I seen a guy in the Kitchen saying It's Not my fault and walked away like he didn't care I asked to speak to Manager and Low and behold I was told that was the Manager (Austin) 🙄. I asked to speak to someone beside him because he told the Waitress he was not coming over he's cooking. So a young lady came over I think her name was Mattie. She was polite about the situation and offered a dang coupon. Now it's 2 hour and here come Austin can I help you. I said No I seen you in the Kitchen. He stated I am cooking. I asked for his name. He proceed to Give me all his information (Which was good) in a Boasting way and then Proceed to tell me Oh Yea My district Manager is Nicole as in she got my back. I don't think this is the First time he has been this rude and was saved by the District. He also told the servers to Stop asking for their ticket orders. VERY RUDE TO EVERYONE. THIS WAS SHOWING IT WAS NOT HIS FIRST GO AROUND WITH THE MADNESS. I WILL BE REPORTING HIM AND NOT TO NICOLE. IF I COULD GIVE THIS A 0 STAR FOR TONIGHT I WILL. I went to Hooters and had some of their wings, they were cooked well and they had a variety of sauces to dip. I got the spicy one and it wasn’t that hot but good. Usually get a mixed tea with sweetened and unsweetened, more unsweetened but waitress fixed it. Service was great, friendly, and quick which is a welcomed change. Great job Hooters, someone’s doing it right!!

I just left the restaurant mad. I ordered bone in 10 piece medium wings which was cold and I sent them back and the next order was cold. My daughter ordered 12 chipotle honey shrimp and they were cold and she found a piece of hair in them. Our French fries and they were warm. One of my worst experiences ever. Will not be back.
