I went to Hooter Cumberland and had a nightmare experience. So for Veteran's Day, I tried morrow instead. This was a night and day experience. Not only were the staff courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was impeccable, hot and frsh tastin. Such a great experience, I will be back! The bartender Kristen is one in a million, too. She makes you feel welcome and she is attentive to your every need. A+

Waitress was not attentive, asked to have items removed from table, no straws, no waters until later. Order took 30 minutes + to receive and hot wings were luke warm. Only hot item were the fries. Which the chicken should be should be instead if we had to choose. The atmosphere of the customers made it it lively. Not the employees nor manager. White bald head manager in grey shirt stayed in the office the whole time. Do not recommend.

The queso dip and the Arnold Palmer were the only thing worthwhile. I ordered a double burger with cheese. Not sure when it was cooked but it wasn’t yesterday when I was there. I almost choked when I took a big bite because it was so dry. The curly fries weren’t cooked long enough and no salt on them. I ordered wings to take home and they tasted like they were dipped in lemon juice. Bottom line is I know men don’t go there for the food. I’m a female and I was only there yesterday because we were there for a memorial dinner. Nothing intrigued me to want to come again. Lastly, I asked the waitress what non-alcoholic beverages they served and she started naming all the sodas they served. I stopped her and said no that’s not what I’m talking about. Then she starts telling me about the different teas. I just gave up.

7/31/23 our server Qua seemingly nice but service could improve. Items were forgotten multiple times, food took entirely too long to come, and overall the atmosphere was not good. The female servers all looked like they were miserable. First and last visit.

The food and service is exceptional. No problems with that. One of the smaller locations is the only knock
