FOOD POISONING ALERT!! Sunday 12/30/23 2:00pm I got carry out 20 wings which was not cheap. It came out to around 27 because I got extra sauce but when I came home I ate three wings. And it was like a gooey consistency. It did not have the same consistency as chicken wings so five hours later my stomach is in a knot, and I have diarrhea and that was the only thing I have ate all day. So now I am down $27 and I have To-go order of 20 chicken wings in my fridge that I probably have to throw away. I used to love this place. What happened

I recently visited the Hooters restaurant on 4th Street, Saint Petersburg, Florida, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was abysmal, leaving me with a feeling of utter frustration. Firstly, the servers seemed disinterested and unattentive throughout my visit. Furthermore, the quality of the food was shockingly poor. Seeing such low standards regarding something as essential as meal preparation is disheartening. To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the establishment was downright unsanitary. The tables were sticky, and the floors were dirty, making me question if proper hygiene practices were followed. It's a shame to witness such neglect in an environment where cleanliness should be prioritized. In conclusion, my experience at the Hooters restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida, was disappointing. The poor service, lousy food, and unsatisfactory cleanliness reflect a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to reconsider visiting this establishment until significant improvements are made.

Thanks to Lexie for the excellent service. The salad was fresh. Delicious & I actually got full from it! I was a Winghouse guy, but i think those days are over after today.

Loved the space, very clean but the service was very slow or not even paying attention to their area. Waited for a beer, they ended up being out of what I ordered and just brought me another kind then told me it was a different one instead of asking first. It was nice and cold and did enjoy it once I got it. When we decided to sit and have something to eat I had to go in and ask for menus after sitting there for 15 minutes then go in and find someone to wait on us. One of our friends told me which server was in our area but I found her sitting at a table with two guys while three others servers were just standing there. So I asked them if any of them wanted to make some money since ours is busy talking to boys. Our server Kenya was AWESOME! She made up for the lack of attention from the other server and even apologized for her co worker. Very lovely young lady. Now about the food. I had a buffalo chicken salad and my fiancé had boneless wings. The flavor was great and my salad vegetables were nice and fresh. But the Blue cheese was extremely watery and puddled at the bottom of my bowl. I usually take some home but in this case it was too soggy. Once we got home both of us have had stomach cramps and trip to the bathroom. Some changes definitely need made but we would go back and give it one more chance to upgrade this review.

Today was my first time at hooters, Lexie was an amazing waitress, very nice and friendly. Because of her is the reason I would go back. ~*~Update 1/5/24~*~ Today I went back I had fun. Amazing merchandise. Barbra, Briana and Katelyn. Are amazing friendly. I took pictures of them ( I did ask them permissions if I can take their pic .. they all said yes) when I post review I will remember their names. They’re friendly kind.
