Came in today for lunch. I wasn’t greeted I was just brought to my table right away. Our server I believe her name was Jocelyn was phenomenal. Our food was out fast and fresh , my drinks were great, service was amazing. She was very attentive and helpful to others. I’d definitely recommend.

Better Experience than the Orland Park location. Well I would like to Express this that I went to The Orland Park location again on Dec 9th and It's actually changed!! The Service was Amazing and the Food was Even Better tasting! I actually called the Manager over to express how much my meal was enjoyed. Thanks for the changes I'm sure there will be another 20 year's of enjoyment there. Happy Holidays

I ordered 20 mild buffalo shrimp and mild buffalo wings (a small order) at 3:00. The scheduled pickup time was at 3:30. I arrived 5 min early so it wasn’t surprising that my order wasn’t ready. I was happy to wait a few minutes like the girl in the front kept mentioning. At 3:45 she came up and told me that they were working on my order. Annoyed but I understand that they’re busy. The real issue for me was going through all of that to get nothing but oily/greasy shrimp and wings. When I order food that dipped in sauce I expect sauce not oil. So disappointing lately. If I wanted greasy cheap food I would go to the McDonald’s drive thru and spend less time and money.

Horrible. Do not come to this location. Horrendous service. I didnt receive my full order, my boneless wings were missing. I called and was told that I would need to come back. I came back and had to wait 20 minutes in line to even speak to someone. Then once I finally spoke to someone, they said i needed to wait for a manager. I waited another 10 minutes and then I asked again. The hostess had forgotten to ask the manager. Once she finally asked the manager, I was told had to wait another 30 minutes for my wings to be cooked. Horrible service. I highly suggest picking a different place for wings. Have never had an issue with buffalo wild wings. Give them your business instead.

First time coming to Hooters and I was surprised. I didnt know it was like a huge popular thing. The wait for a table for two people was an hour and a half on a Saturday night! We were able to sit ourselves at the bar for only a 5 minute wait. Watching the kitchen run around was pretty cool. Service was decent. The food was nice and crispy (especially since we sat at the bar legit next to the kitchen so that was a plus) but if you sat at a table your food sat on the window getting cold. The blackberry tequila cocktail was so good. Best suggestion: get a dry run with an extra sauce and ranch on the side. They lost a star because they couldve swept the floors in seating area and kitchen abit better to reduce stickyness. Bathrooms were abit dirty. Why charge for celery?
