I went for a remake of a previous order that was wrong. I ordered Daytona wing fried ex.crispy and again they weren't fried long enough and then to make it worse I asked could I get something that was equivalent to the price of the wings that I had before and I seen they had a combo which came with curly frys 10 wings and a 20oz drink for less then what I paid for the wings originally and the manager tells me I can discount you for the wings but you have to pay for the fries (Bad Business) so then I get my fries and they cold and stale... Come On Now Hooters On Two Notch done feel all the way off. Only good thing was the waitress and bartender

Where is the staff? Our bartender was helpful when she did come around. I think there might have been more waitresses but I didn’t see them except for one just sitting down and on her phone. They didn’t have boneless chicken wings. The bar back that came out of the kitchen I thought was a homeless guy. Then place just seemed run down and no one cares.

First time visiting. Was told to seat ourselves. Some of the tables was dirty by the bar. So we went to the other side to find somewhat decent seating. Our waitress took twenty minutes to even provide menu's and ten minutes to take our drink orders. The restaurant was not busy so we were kinda confused for the time it took for it. We order the Twist melt w/ onion rings and me the fan filler with curly fries. Our waitress never checked in to make sure we was fine nor to check if we needed refills. Seemed like we were ignored 🙁. Finally when our food was given to us my fries was ice cold. I had to flag down my waitress to get my fries replaced. My husband then started eating his sandwich and found a huge piece of plastic in his sandwich. Once again had to get our waitress attention. When we told her about it she laughed and asked if we would like to see the manager. At this time we did want to speak to them regarding our visit and the food. When the manager came we addressed the issue and he apologized and comp the meals. My husband did not want anything else and felt sick to his stomach and I got my food to go since our waitress seemed like she didn't want anything else to do with us. Horrible experience will not be returning.

This is the second time I came in hooters where one I wasn’t properly waited on no customer services. The first time the first waiter left she didn’t even communicate with the other waitress that took over about our meals or drinks so we had to wait extra when we were already waiting. Then she had an attitude like she didn’t even wanna be there. No customer service at all just slack…Then tonight we was greeted coming in the door sit anywhere. We sat any where and no one came to take our orders and it wasn’t really any customers…if you going to have seat yourself then you need to have a waitress follow behind them so they can take their orders. This is ridiculous and you wonder why customers have attitudes at restaurants…

Service was a bummer for us.. Not the servers. I've been to lots of Hooters locations in my lifetime. This location is nice like the others,.. it was Wednesday middle the week 8:15 pm not busy just an average restaurant attendance for midweek. No stress to clear tables, Our group of 6; ordered!! Our food arrived 1 hour and 24 minutes later... but there's more ! Ready for the check please 🙏 ; even less busy now 10pm than it was at 8:15pm.. ! 21 minutes later check comes immediately hand the card over and ask for a to go box.. ! 14 minutes later my credit card is back with me in the box pack my meal finally arrived. The manager must not have been there in middle schoolers taking over a running away they wanted to bunch of kids I reckon. There is not one single apology for any of the delayed times nothing they acted like everything was okay. Or maybe that's how they're trained there. But I've never spent 2 hours and 40 minutes that one of their establishments unless I was sitting at the bar drinking beer watching football. This date I was wanting a meal to get in and out of there within 45 minutes and didn't come close to that one there to drink at all this time.
