Ordered a pound of shrimp and buffalo chicken dip with Uber Eats Paid 35 dollars and was so disappointed. I received probably not even a half a pound of shrimp and literally a few scoops of buffalo chicken dip. The amount of chips they sent with the dip was so excessive in comparison to the amount of dip I received. I will never, I repeat never order from this Hooters again.

This location of Hooters offers friendly service every time! Their loyalty program offers a free appetizer on the first visit; stacked with happy hour deals, it’s easy to earn free rewards! Whitley, Hannah and the rest of the girls are always kind, and keep us laughing when we stop in after work, or on a weekend. The food is reliable, and if there is ever a delay or problem, it’s quickly remedied! Favorite chain to frequent on Dixie Hwy for Happy Hour 3-6!

Now, I'm sure it was just because it was almost time to close, but they lack the timely manner portion of customer services. Call order in, on Christmas, and took my time getting here. (Rain and later into night dumb drivers). Still had to wait 30 -45 minutes after I got here. Food was a Lil cold, but mainly due to cold night, I was to guess. OK overall, just seems to be my timing.

Got a burger the size of a sausage patty with little crumbles to "accomodate" the "missing burger" and was only given 4 fries. Was given fresh fries after making it apparent that 4 was not acceptable. The workers were the only thing to make up 🤣
