We visited this place last night. The service was horrible. Our server Ashani was less than attentive. She sat in the corner talking and playing on her phone. They forgot to put pickles on my daughter sliders and the sauce on the chicken. We made her aware and she looked surprised as if we didn’t request it with the order. We asked for refills, she walked away and went back to her corner to talk. I walked over and asked are you going to get our drinks and sauce? She responded” they are making it in the back” I asked the drinks as well? “Yes”. Keep in mind I can see the drink station so I know she was lying. She walked over to make the drinks after I sat down. She brought over the drinks and told us if we needed anything else Alexis we take care of it. She was clearly consumed with other things. She wasn’t getting a tip after that and we tip very well. Alexis made a quick tip for being nice and attentive for 5 minutes. The food was horrible except the shrimp. The burgers were over cooked and dry. The Texas quesadillas were too salty. I didn’t eat them. There were only 6 customers in the restaurant three of which was my family. This was my daughter’s first visit and mine in over 20 years and it will be our last at this location for sure. The bathroom smells like the sewage line is backed up.

While I do believe there is room for growth in how to handle extremely busy nights I can say that I did not encounter any bad attitudes with staff and these days that’s a plus. Christmas night this location was booming and most staff were moving quickly doing their best to keep up. I did ask to speak with the Manager who came from the kitchen to listen to my concern and he went above and beyond after hearing me; I so appreciate that. Shoutout to KEVIN for delivering excellent customer service something I as a former customer service manager in retail and now in my businesses take a lot of pride in. Thanks to Hooters for opening your doors on Christmas night and all staff that showed up when you could’ve been elsewhere as most are closed. It was a cold and rainy night for sure. Again thanks Kevin for taking a moment to both listen and deliver! Awesome job!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great food and atmosphere. Was my Dad's bday and he really enjoyed it and the bday acknowledgement with cake. Waitress was really nice, but not very attentive and only reason for 4 stars

Service was a bit slow, but polite and attentive. The food was great and filling. I recommend a bottle of beer vs one from the tap. Much appreciation shown for veterans. Please check your beer taps for cleanliness and your kegs for expiration dates.

Sit at the bar with Meggie or Sam, or at table with Hailey! The manager Ali always makes sure our experience is top-notch. These girls are the best in Hiram
