Best wings ever. The whole restaurant comes together when we're watching the fight. Really enjoyed this time with my family & the only place I know that even plays the fight . This is my family. I love them so much. Life is ruff right now, but they make it a little bit better 😃 😊

First time experience! Nice and attentive staff. The manager came out to discuss our meal and make it right. Katie kept the water and drinks coming. We are planning to visit agin!

I ordered to pick it up. It was a 10 wings with ff and a soda. I asked extra crispy wings and naked. I went to pick up my order and left when I opened the bag. I was missing the ff, so I called to let them know, and whoever talked to me wasn't that nice, she tells me I could come and pick it up, so I went back. I got there and told the bartender who she called. I guess the manager and I explained. He said give me a few minutes. The bartender came out with a box of ff, and I went home. When I opened the box, the ff were old and cold like they took it from the bottom of the basket, my fault for not checking buy. Why should I? The wings weren't cooked the way I asked. The FFs were old and cold, and on top of that, I didn't get 10 wings. I got 9. My point? The customer service was bad, the food wasn't good either. It's like they don't take pride in their work, and it's not cheap either. It is not the first time I have experienced bad service in this establishment. I'm very disappointed. I've worked in the restaurant business for years, and my main focus was to please and take care of the customers. Not nowadays. That's how business goes under, regardless of how big they are. Not good

So.. Not really sure what’s happing here.. let’s start with what scared me.. my waitress was taking my order and then stared blankly off into the distance.. she then stayed like that for about 20 secs til I asked if she was okay.. now I am chewing on pretzels that are dry, burnt and have zero butter and salt all just on the paper… I’m afraid how the rest of my orders going to go 😳😳… okay .. update …my wings were wrong … big shock …I guess this is what I get for cheating on my Cartersville Hooters location …

We’ve been here many times over the years and very rarely.. if ever.. had a bad experience. Last night our waitress was Courtney and she was fantastic. It was our 6 year old daughter’s birthday and the staff did a fantastic job celebrating her. The food was great. The staff was great.
