TV bar atmosphere. Caressa gave us excellent service. One of the cooks was walking by and highly recommended the smoked and the roasted wings. Since it was Tuesday, the wings were "Buy 10 get 10 free." We enjoyed ordering due to all the possible combinations. We found the wet Parmesan Garlic and the dry rub were our favorites. They came with blue cheese or ranch for dipping, but they didn't need it. Most of the wings were good size. Since we ordered twenty, we barely noticed the little ones. Still had to take 5 home. Beer was on special as well, so we shared a pitcher for $9.99. Caressa made sure to keep our glasses full and smiles on our faces. We'll be back. Thank you.

Have always loved the Hooters experience. Excellent as usual. service was good, food was very good. I was sad when the location in Mooresville closed because that meant I have to drive farther to get to this location. What got me to make this location a regular visit is Ashley, your bartender. I met her when she worked in Mooresville and was glad she was able to transfer to another location. She is fantastic, friendly, sweet, just all around one of the best bartenders/servers I have ever got to know. I will keep coming back as long as she is there.

Empty restaurant and hardly could get service. Waited over 10 minutes to get the check when we were clearly done. For the cook, hats off. Food was great. But literally service was for the birds. Returned back today on Sunday and had Summer for a waitress. She was absolutely amazing. We never went unattended. Our kids were in great hands and our drinks stayed cold. The experience was night and day. Thank you Summer for taking care of us and we appreciate what you provided.

I walked in the takeout door to pick up a to go order and the three girls greeted me as if I was disturbing their obviously more important conversation. After standing there for a bit, I had to ask where to go to get my order. They told me they were bagging it up and it would be brought up front. The order came to the front, and it took forever for her to put it in a bag because she had to pause constantly to talk to the girl next to her, I actually started laughing because it was so ridiculous. When they handed me the bag I noticed there was a name on it that was not mine and had to tell her this was not my order. She apologized and another waitress said they were bagging my order now. They had not even started cooking it yet. It was not until I was standing there for quite some time that she offered me something to drink and to sit down. By then it was too late I was already irritated. I had ordered the wings extra crispy and they came out not crispy at all and I had to peel off the wobbly skin in order for them to be edible. Odds are very unlikely I’ll be back there again and the owner needs to up their training program!!!!

Asked for wings to be lightly breaded. Was told no....Buffalo shrimp, quality was awful. Not breaded. $30 dollars for crab legs, and it looks like pencil sticks. Did not enjoy my meal as well as my son. Disappointed. Fries looked as if they needed a tan.
