Hooters

Food took a long time to come out. The onion rings and curly fries were were so cold that we couldn’t eat them. Our hooter girl was busy sitting at a customers table socializing. And was only given a couple of sweeteners for our teas so I had to ask for a few more. Service is not what I expected for my first time sitting in the restaurant. I will not be coming back for seconds of this type of service!!!

The bad Hooters in USA. Air condition badly worked, inside 🥵, still waiting orders 14 minutes after leaving, only two black waitresses working and speaking rude 😱,prices everything up and expensive, but very bad service!!! No more Hooters!!!

Service was bad. Took forever to get things and the waitress always had an excuse. No plates, no ranch, one round of beer and an excuse of needing to check with the manager for another round and waited forever to payout. It would have been easy to walk out and not pay. I’ve been in this profession she is in and I know how hard it can be but when you have a bartender who is not only making all the alcohol drinks, tending to people at the bar, helping sit people coming in to this establishment and helping several waitresses serve food to the few tables in this restaurant, it becomes pretty evident that our waitress was less than capable of offering us decent service. This will be our final visit in this town.

I’ve been to many Hooters and I think this one has been the cleanest one I’ve been too. The food was good and the drinks were ice cold. Our waitress was good but she was training a new girl and the girl looked miserable like she was being held against her will. She couldn’t even give a slight grin and her posture was sad. The managers as standing sassy like she was trying to catch someone doing something wrong. Other than that I enjoyed it and would go back again.

The waitresses fought over who would take our table and after 10 minutes someone finally came to take our order. After 45 minutes we only got our appetizers which were cold. We ended up leaving without ever getting our food.
