Hooters

First time I ordered take out from here. I always eat in and always have a good experience and love the food. I always order the same thing. 22 boneless wings. I always get full off of that and at times have not even been able to finish them. But this time I ordered take out and waited until I got home to eat them. I was so disappointed. I don't know if I got the bottom of the bag or what. But I could fit all 25 boneless wings into one hand. Most were dime size a couple maybe as large as a quarter. I spent $30 on literally what I would compare to probably 7 boneless wings had they been the normal size. If I didn't live 20 miles away I would have taken them back and asked to have a new order or a refund. I will be checking my food from there should I eat take out again.

The food was what you'd expect from Hooters. It was hot and seemed fresh. The service was the same. Overly nice women who would never give you the time of day had it not be their tip dependant on it. But that's what makes hooters great. My biggest issue was the state of the shape it was in. I've never been to a restaurant where I had actually left in worse shape than when I first arrived. Unbeknownst to me when I had taken my seat at the booth was the gash in the (what I assume to be vinyl) seats and back rests. The gash was big and sharp enough to rip my 80 dollar khakis. Of course I didn't make a big deal about it at the time considering I was embarrassed and wanted to get out of there,, but it definitely put a damper on my overall experience.

Prices were ok. Service was good. It was a late lunch kinda thing.

It was excellent our server was so sweet and she took very good care of us. The food is on point, mouthwatering, delicious and just superb! She accidentally rung in an extra fry, the manager was excellent, friendly, great customer service and took it off with no issue. Price was awesome for my food a tip and a tall beer! Going back soon for sure!

I'm pretty sure everyone knows what to expect when they come here. They're all decorated the same and the waitresses are dressed the same and they all have the same menu. I do think they actually have decent food, though, and even the salad I got was good. Tons of TVs to watch sports/games and although our waitress was nice, she did overcharge me (hopefully it wasn't on purpose). They seemed understaffed at the time but so is everyone else after COVID. I'd go back again because I know what to expect and I like wings/buffalo sauce!
