Terrible experience at this location. I paid almost $100 for mediocre food and Terrible bar customer service for one person. I was in the area because I stayed at an hotel in the area. I will absolutely not suggest this place to noone. I sat at the bar and the lady basically ignored me the entire time. I guess she had regulars and attended to them instead of me. Kelsy was absolutely horrible at the bar. I will never visit this place again. Waste of time and money.

This is a horrible location. It took about 50 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I got my food (a salad). They were not really busy. Maybe a little busy with to go orders. First no one greeted me at the door. I wound up walking almost all the way to the bar before someone asked if I wanted a table. Then I didn't get helped by my server for about 10 minutes. Then she brought me my drink and said she would be right back. About another 10 minutes later another server finally asked if I had been helped. I told her I wanted to order a salad. She told my server to put the order in. Then it proceeded to take another 20-25 minutes to get my salad. After I ate my salad my server did not check on me for awhile so, I asked the bartender to get a manager. The manager came over and tried to make excuses for why it took so long. He did take the food off of my bill. Thankfully. Also, while this was happening I noticed that none of the girls seemed friendly. They didn't say hello. They didn't smile. If you want friendly girls and good service don't come here. Go down the highway to the Tilted Kilt.

The staff was friendly and sat us swiftly. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and what it offered. The booster was offered for my child but it was so short that I had to just squeeze her in the booth with me. The food took a really long time to come out. The food was staggered when coming out so some people had food and others did not. Majority of the food was hot but some was cold. The food was overall good and had the appropriate amount of sauce. The bathroom had all the necessities.

I didn’t want to have to leave this review, but seeing as how no one ever answers the phone when you call, as well as not giving me the requested call back after completing the survey, I feel it necessary to leave this feedback. Terrible, terrible service. I walked in to pick up my online order. When I walked in, I was asked if I was dining in (no). I told them I was there to pick up my order and I was ignored for the next 15 or more minutes. No one even asked my name. Nothing. I don’t even know how long my food had been sitting in the back before it was brought out. Asked for extra dressing after getting my food and had to wait at least another 5 minutes because I guess no one felt like getting it. And they weren’t even busy. On a side note - the bathrooms are completely disgusting and have been for quite some time now.

The servers were so sweet and prompt. The food was great and we got it in a timely manner! The restaurant was clean. Our order was correct and fresh. I forgot to order fried pickles with my to go order so I went back in and ordered some and they were quick to get them to me!
