Hooters

Food was outstanding I can’t believe how good it was. I had a great burger and fries. I just had to wait in front of the door for a little bit because their hostess wasn’t there Question, where is your hostess? Why do not have someone there to actually help see people? Why are people waiting just to get seated?

Entered the restaurant, and even though the place didn't have maybe 10 customers, we stood and waited 10 minutes or more to get seated. We ordered our food and drinks from the bar. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks and at least 45 minutes to get our food. We were never asked if we wanted to order another round of drinks until the food finally came out. We ordered another round, and once we tried our food, it was cold. I had to flag someone down to explain that we have been here for over an hour. We have only been served just one drink each, our food is cold, and we just want to cancel our second round of drinks and take everything off our bill and let us leave. They would not do that, so we had to wait even longer for a manager to help. We got our bill settled, but it was over an hour waiting to eat, which we were not able to do. We had to skip lunch that day.

The restaurant service industry has gone way down and this Hooters was no exception. I already knew that it was going to be terrible at my Hooters in Nashville, so I chose to drive all the way to Murfreesboro to see if it would be different. It wasn't. My food was great the prices have gone up, but the food was still great. I sat at a table and the bartender asked me if I was picking up a order or dining in. I told her I was dining in and she said that she would get a server over to me. Fine no problem. I go to the bathroom I come back and there's no one there so I just sat at the bar. So she comes to explain to me that she thought I was going to stay in the area I was in and I told her, no that's okay I'll just order at the bar. She tells me that there's only one server and she's busy with a larger party and when I tell you there's probably 12 patrons in the restaurant and only one server, one bartender, whoever's cooking food in the back, no management insight and one young lady who is eating behind the bar with seemingly nothing to do, but she's an employee. There's about five men sitting at the bar, but the bartender keeps disappearing and isn't checking on them to see if they need anything. The girl who was eating finally changes into her uniform and she's just walking around with nothing to do. I don't even think she offered to help the one waitress who already had all of these people to wait on. She just kept chit-chatting with the other employees that apparently were in the back where you could not see them. I ate, paid for my food, left a tip and left.

Everything you expect. Great food. Great service. Great staff. Bayleigh? (Spelling may be off) was great. Loved chatting and telling about Vegas tattoo spots. Not a local, but if I'm in the area again, I'll be back.

Half the food was cold when it finally made it to the table. They “forgot” to cook the wings with our order so we left with them in a to-go box. Definitely will not be back after the slow service & underwhelming quality of food…that we were actually served!
