First and foremost I had a great waitress in Makaila. She definitely did her job. Other than that I was kinda bummed I requested that my chicken for my chicken tacos be cut up and then to hear the cook totally refusing to do so. Then to my surprise one of my tacos the piece of chicken I received on it was the size of my pinkie finger. Even the waitress was surprised at the size. They did end up grilling another strip and it was all good. The tacos in all could use some work in my opinion. Not trying to be a food critic but this was my first time back in Hooters in about 2-3 years and kinda seems like nothing has changed much. Might cross off this location for visiting in the future.

The Bar tender Raine refused me and my bf service. Told us to get up off the bar and sit somewhere else that she wasn’t gonna serve us. She was rude nasty and doesn’t know how to keep her personal business and life outside of work and keep it strictly professional. Absolutely nasty. All the other girls are lovely, hope they get rid of her cause we come here very often.

I ordered a 20 piece lemon pepper wings on door dash, Wings was delivered on time and it was 12 wings that was hard as rocks and very distasteful…So I call hooters and spoke to a female who claimed to be the manager who was very un- professional blaming it all on door dash for hooters sending 12 wings out instead of 20 and for them to be rocks sent out of hooters kitchen…I will never order or eat from hooters of rock hill again after this order but most of all due to the un-professional so called manager who was on the phone with me.

Thought tonight 9-6-23 was going to be a good experience. Raine seated us and took our order. After she brought our drinks, she disappeared (later to be seen in a hat and hoodie eating with customers). Our appetizer was up, but we waited for a long time before another waitress (didn’t get her name) brought the lukewarm appetizer. She explained that she was our new waitress. She was only seen once more (once again bringing lukewarm wings and fries). She never checked back with us or refilled our drinks. We had to go to the front cashier (the waitress didn’t bring a bill). We saw our original waitress laughing and eating with other customers. The food would have been good, if it did not sit for a long time. The service was abysmal.
