Hooters of Greenbrier

Spacious restaurant with a horseshoe bar and plenty of t.v. food quality is great and they're slowly bringing back the lost menu classics that were gone after COVID. Food quality is great compared to other restaurants in the area, service is Quick and personal. It's very clean and organized, and they even have claw machines and other goodies to distract the young ones for 50¢ a play. Overall, a great place. I have nothing to complain about 😊 all smiles.

I ordered wings this past weekend during the football game extra crispy, made sure the waitress understood. I received my order 45 minutes later and they were rubbery and not fully cooked. I sent them back and asked to have a new order made. About another 30 mins or so, new batch came out the same way. The waitress blamed the mistake on the kitchen. I asked to speak with the manager who came over to apologize, mentioned it was the waitress fault they were not crispy because she forgot to out that on the ticket. I mentioned to her, that I did not care whose fault it was but was disappointed in the service. She offered to take the wings off the bill and gave me a $25 gift certificate for my troubles. I really don't know if I will visit again, based on the lack of accountability and finger pointing. Sad, to say it was a bad dining experience.

I hadnt been here in years but decided to give it another try and was pleasantly surprised. Food is much better than what I remember 5-6 years ago. The service was absolutely amazing, Cameron is the best server I've had in years at any restaurant. I've recommended a few people give this location another chance just because of her great service. Will absolutely be back soon

Wednesday wing day was amazing. We go once a month. Sometimes twice. I love that their wings are super breaded and saucy. Happy hour is a plus.

Do not eat here. Just don’t do it. Jada was awesome, so I gave a 5 star only because of her. My parmesan garlic wings tasted like sewage. So bad. I felt bad for my coworker who bought 20 and ate 2. They were so bad. Hooters ain’t what it was in the 90s. We had to pay for them. Also, this actually makes me laugh. We ordered 2 baskets of curly fries. It was 2 curly fries in the bunch surrounded by fry pieces
