Hooters Vía Vallejo

The service was deficient, I had to look for a waitress to be able to deliver my order. The wings were quite nice, but the curly fries were pretty bad, looked like they gave us the product from the bottom of the pan.

As for their delivery service, I am sick of them cancelling my orders last minute. They apparently everything that I want from their menu and make me wait an hour under the impression that everything is going well buy then come up with "sorry, we don't have that." I went to dine-in and it is exactly the same. The staff is seriously underprepared to deal with any problems. They always need a superior around to help them out and none of them have any communication skills. Way too expensive to have such a terrible costumer service.

I went straight to the bar because I thought the service was going to be fast (I just wanted beer, no food) and I realized there is no bartender. Just bar backs making server drinks. I nor mally tip really good but this hooters was very odd. The server that took care of us, she was nice but it took too long to get us drinks right away. I should have gone to the cerveceria next to it.

The place its ok , organized and clean - including the restroom. As is the staple of this chain beautiful servers all around and there is not complaint about that .However , the food and the service are a poor example of restaurant hospitality . The food arrived at any time they desired to bring it regardless if this was an appetizer or the main course, and the server was nowhere to be found when she was needed. The only thing enjoyable was the final shot that we had at the end , nice mix!
