Split installed for my upstairs they did a good job took them minimum amount of time they were clean they cleaned up after themselves and kind and courteous. They knew what they were doing and provided me with great service a 100% recommended.

They were responsive. Kori was our favorite. Everytime we have problem sewer clogged, toilet and pipes all questions were answered and explained. Professional and good service. Fair service fee compared to other company which is way too much. It’a like they overcharge with so much fee while were looking for a plumber.

Air conditioner failed on Saturday before Labor Day (6 days ago). Technician was scheduled for 9:30 on Wednesday. He was very good. Got the AC running within an hour. However, it continued to run until I manually unplugged the unit. Called that afternoon and got an appointment set up for Thursday (today) at 11:00. Received a call at 10:00 that the technician could not make that appointment but could come between 1:30 and 2:30. Technician arrived at around 3:00 p.m. He too was extremely efficient. He replaced the thermostat and the unit operated. The temperature in the house when he'd finished was 84 degrees. The thermostat was programmed to cool to 76 degrees. So, the unit ran from about 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 getting the room temperature down to 76. However the unit continued to run for the next 45 minutes and did not shut off even though I tried to turn it off at the thermostat. I called Hood and talked with Matt?? who after words told me he didn't want my business because I had talked over him. I did not choose Hood. We had been with Henton for years and went with Hood when they bought Henton out. The AC was put in in 2020 by Henton. We have a 10 year parts and labor warranty which I assume Hood will not honor. I have a great deal of respect for the technicians who came to our house. But Matt (the boss, he said) is something else. I now need to find some other AC service.
