Simple review. Go anywhere else. Why? They are now 3 for 3. I bought a brand new CRV Turbo from this agency. When they told me it would be ready for pickup, I arrived with lots of "New Car" anticipation. Three hours later when they told me to go home and they would deliver it in the morning, I wasn't quite as happy. Experience #2, my first service. I came in to pick up the car at the scheduled timo After all it was only a basic service. They said they needed just another 15 or 20 minutes to wash the car. Four hours later I finally got my car when I violated their rules and stood there as they did the service they swore they had already completed. Now I am at Experience #3, my second service a 15,000km service. Checking in the car in the morning I told the service writer, I was having a problem with my A/C in addition to the standard service. He pulled down the side panel and showed me how the filter was dirty. He said it will be changed with the service and they will run diagnostics on the car. I pick up my car and the filter has not been changed. After changing It, he said all fixed. I turned on the AC. It was still not cold. Obviously they had not run any diagnostics either. It is now a week later and still no A/C in Los Cabos summer heat. That is just the high lites. There is more, but do you really need to hear it? D

Terrible service experience, always a long wait to speak with someone and no communication when ordering parts or scheduling appointments. I ordered a part (and paid for it) in February and no one has contacted me to schedule service after multiple attempts to check if it had arrived. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

They do great repair work and servicing. However they are very unorganized. Several people and about 30 minutes to find an ordered item. Than I had to bring the car over, told to come back in two days for a simple task. One time I was told to come in on Monday when Monday was a holiday and they were closed. They need some management to help get things straight and a better way to schedule appointments. Someone said to me the Mexicans have a hard time with appointments. My response is I get dentist, doctor, vet and even the dog sitting place doing a great job of setting appointments and keeping them straight. This is a management issue!

Wow. Nice shop. I had some bodywork and preventive maintenance done this week. The bodywork is flawless. Super clean. The PM and an additional alignment have the car feeling brand new. Good job Team Honda and Alejandro!
