They never answer the phone, calls for service pick up and don't bother to at least say wait a moment 😡

TERRIBLE customer service, from purchase to warranty services. They answer when they want, they are rude and it seems that you are doing them a favor when buying a car or service. In addition to that, they have a lousy service area, just in 2022 they integrated other washing packages that, apart from being expensive, leave them dirty.
