Look at my husband, the brake light came on but it's not urgent and the tires and other accessories have to be changed and my husband tells him well it never turned on for me but ok, then go ahead and pay and they make him wait because there is an error in the invoice, they charge you and deliver it in a hurry, we leave and go shopping and arriving at that place it turns out that the handbrake no longer works, it is checked but no one answers anymore because on Saturdays they close at 1:30, it is sent Whatsapp and he responds that he will talk to his boss so as not to make this longer. Until yesterday, a supposed "attention" was given and in response the joke is that they saw our faces. And because of this situation we will file a complaint with profeco.
I took my car to Miguel Ángel Ortega from Seminuevos, they made an appraisal and half an offer...the following week I called him and confirmed that I agreed...I sent him all the documents for verification and two days later they confirmed that everything was ok. .. he sent me a letter for me to sign for SAT (VAT for the purchase and sale) purposes. I gave it to him immediately. I no longer showed the car since we already had a “verbal agreement” .. I was just waiting for him to call me. to deliver the car.. 6 days passed, I sent him a Wapp, he left me on sight and I didn't answer, I sent another Wapp again after 10 days, he left me on sight and I didn't answer, I tried to reach him via phone and I couldn't... I finally took the Called the Pre-Owned Manager and I asked him to please confirm whether or not they were still interested in making the purchase.. He told me that he would confirm me the same day.. and neither the Manager nor Miguel Ángel NEVER called me.. Terrible Attention.. and they just wasted my time..!! It's a good thing I didn't sell them to them...just as they are bad at serving, they are also bad at paying!!

The car service is very efficient, they keep you informed of what they are doing to your unit, upon arrival very fast, everything is excellent
