Honda San Antonio

3 times there, 3 bad experiences. They should have painted the outside of the car, but forgot to close the windows so the inside was painted also, and tried to give me back the car pretending all was ok. another time they stole gasoline, and the last time they stole items and money from the inside of the car. I will never step my foot there again. Sales guy was decent. But 3 bad experiences in a row is not a coincidence.

The car maintenance service at this branch has declined and is fraudulent. After taking our cars for service for 8 years we do not plan to return to this branch. The last three times that they took apart a part to change a part, they gave us the car with another fault. We spoke with the service manager personally but unfortunately he did not acknowledge that his mechanical staff is not trained to represent Honda. We would hope that Honda addresses this complaint and hires trained personnel in this branch to provide the service that its customers deserve and that they well represent the quality that Honda has provided us for so many years.
