The company I work for purchased a Honda scooter there,on october, by December the have methodically kicked the scooter out of warranty ,claiming that the 1st service was late by a couple of days, the service was performed by them when the scooter was under 1000 km
The scooter is leaking oil from underneath and they refuse to provide any warranty, les than a year later, under 6k kilometers leaking oil,and they won't stand behind the Honda products they sold.
Went to purchase a scooter yesterday. Three people sitting behind the counter. No one even bothered to get up to greet me. Instead I had to walk to the counter. At that time in my best broken Spanish I apologized for not knowing Spanish and asked if any of them spoke English. One gentleman said no. I said in English I want to purchase a scooter. The female behind the counter said you need to speak Spanish. I politely took my business next door to the Kawasaki dealership. That one cost you over $2k Honda.
They used to have a good mechanic, no more... STAY AWAY!!!
Everytime I take my bike there, the mechanic ruins something on the bike. They used to wash my bike and really take good care of it but this past year the new mechanic is fat and lazy and he makes you regret you took your bike there. The steal your gas, scratch up your bike, mess with your personal adjustments. I rode home yesterday after picking up my bike and the fuel tank was empty. It was almost full when i took it there. Then I noticed my mirrors were moved in a way that I could not readjust them without undoing the fastening screws and moving the mirror set up along the handlebar and the re-tightening them. The mechanic had to physically mess with this and it did not involve the work he was doing. Totally messing with the bike for no good reason. He scratched up and ruined the finish on the bike and stripped most of the screws where he was adjusting the valves. Very disheartened. DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE IF YOU LIKE YOUR BIKE AND DO NOT WANT PROBLEMS. i took my bike in today to complain and he took my bike to fix the problems and then returned it to me. I rode home but after only 1km the bike died in the busy intersection. The mechanic had turned off my fuel valve and disconnected my fuel hose. He'd clearly taken more fuel and forgotten to put it back together. I complained to the manager but I will never take my bike back here again.
