It seems to me that the company trusts the brand and leaves customer service aside, even knowing with my husband that THERE ARE NO UNITS AVAILABLE, I started applying for a loan since February, to date I have not been informed if the credit was approved or not, the executive who attended me contacted us on 3 or 4 occasions, that is, a terrible customer service follow-up and when asking that the manager be informed of this situation to see a change of executive and will communicate with us (both physically at the branch and by telephone) this person never contacted us.

Disappointed, I took out a van for payment here, in this 2023... the procedure was carried out for the payment of said unit to be made. THERE WAS THE WAY TO GET THEM TO FINISH PAYING IN ITS ENTIRETY AND THEY COME OUT WITH THAT IF I PAY THE TOTAL, THE INVOICE VALUE OF THE TRUCK WILL LOWER ME. How bad are these types of policies in this company... AND DO NOT EXPLAIN THAT PART EVEN IN SMALL LETTERS
