Great customer service when buying a new unit, they treat you very nice. When leaving a unit as a trade in the paperwork is tedious and most of the work has to be done by you. The time they take to pay you the money of your traded unit is too long, and in the meantime if you only have one car, well is public transportation at least for a week.

I had a minor accident in my car, a Nivus, I went to VW de Acueducto, which is where I am a customer, and they sent my truck to be repaired at this agency, which PAINT THE FACE VERY BADLY. THEY LEFT IT A DIFFERENT COLOR. THEY HIT THE TRUCK ON THE SIDE WITH A SCREWER. THE TRUNK, THEY DIDN'T EVEN TIGHTEN THE SCREWS OF THE FACIA TO BE REPAIRED, THE PLASTIC VIEW WAS PEELING OFF THAT THEY CHANGED NEW IN A FEW WORDS IT SEEMS LIKE YOU TOOK YOUR CAR TO THE EYEHOLE ON THE CORNER, I LEFT MY TRUCK WITH HALF A TANK AND THEY DELIVERED IT TO ME WITH A QUARTER OF GASOLINE PURE WASTE OF TIME RETURNING THE CAR FOR YOUR THINGS DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR REPAIR HERE

Very bad attention, I made an appointment and they did not give attention to my car despite coming from another municipality. They take a long time just to start working on the car, it's all a big process. Terrible attention for those of us who come from an insurer.
