I appreciated that the sales associate was older and very experienced. I have had plantar fasciitis issues and have trouble finding a comfortable sandal that is good for my feet. She found me the best most comfortable fit I have ever had. She was very thoughtful and caring and didn’t mind taking the time to help me. I highly recommend the Spokane Valley Homestead Birkenstock store.

My shopping experience here left me feeling extremely disappointed. Initially, I bought a size seven after trying on shoes in the store with their black sock. However, when I later used different socks at home, the shoes didn't fit the same. Even though I only wore them for about twenty minutes, the store refused to exchange them for a bigger size due to their stringent return policy. Knowing this now, I wouldn't shop at this store again.

Don’t waste your time- buy online. Not even a hello when I walked in. Definitely no smiles. Was talked over while asking a question. Tried to ask for two different shoe sizes at once to save the girl time but she just walked to the back as I was mid sentence. Asking her for sizes was like pulling teeth so I just walked out. These shoes aren’t cheap so it sucked being treated that way.

I was very pleased with the service I received while shopping at this store. The young ladies took care of my pair of Londons and Pasadenas that I've had for 25 years. The prices were quite reasonable, and the time frame in which the issues were resolved was very prompt. Thank you.

Be aware that this is not affiliated with the actual Birkenstock company, they just carry their brand. DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD FROM THEM if you are hoping to buy a specific Birkenstock because you can only purchase what they have in stock in their store at that specific time. I have been in their store 3 times and all 3 times I have witnessed upset customers because they think that they can return items they purchased online, or get a shoe fixed, etc. The name should really be changed to reflect all of the awesome brands that they carry. People walk in and go, “Oh, it’s not just Birkenstocks.”
