My experience starting the program was entirely favorable. Joy greeted me and later made necessary changes in the paper work. My wife and took overnight to decide on a payment plan, which caused no problem at all. Working with Megan was fantastic. She explained everything in great detail and answered everyone of my questions. She spent a lot of time with me.

Had a great experience at this Hearing And Brain Center. The patient coordinator Joy, is efficient and keeps everything running and my appointments went smooth. The audiologist Megan is very knowledgeable and conducted a very comprehensive audio test. Within a few visits she tuned the device Rx perfectly to my hearing loss frequency now I’m hearing every day sounds I forgot I could hear - from song birds to the noise peeling off an orange skin makes! My tinnitus also seemed to lessen when all this forgotten sound is available again from my Rx tuned hearing aids. Also appreciate conversations without asking individuals to repeat themselves! Lastly, I should mention diagnosing mechanical or pressure type system associated noises can be heard with clarity compared to being muffled or unheard before treatment!! Definitely recommend their service if experiencing hearing loss. The benefit outweighs the cost for sure! THANKS!

I had a very good experience with Meagan. I've known for awhile that my hearing has been going downhill, even though I wear hearing aids. I know I need new devices, but the cost is prohibitive for me. Yes, the company has a plan to help me, but there are other things right now that are more concerning to me. I appreciate the concern that Joy and Meagan have for my hearing health. We'll see what the future brings. Thank you, Jim!!

Hearing and Brain Center was life changing for our Mom! We brought our 90 year old Mom, who still denied having hearing loss, for an evaluation. Our family was noticing changes and could tell that she wasn’t going out as much and was isolating herself at home. We were beginning to be concerned with dementia setting in! Dr Darrow and staff changed her life for the better! We couldn’t be happier after her treatment began. Within the first week she began going to dinner with friends again and playing cards with her social group every evening! You can’t believe what a difference it made, it was honestly life changing! We recommend anyone who is seeing changes in their loved ones daily habits to first be evaluated at Hearing and Brain Center. What a relief it was to know that being tested and treated for hearing loss wasn’t our biggest fear of dementia but simply hearing loss which is 100% treatable! I had my first hearing assessment and cognitive work up this week at Hearing and Brain Center in Worcester. I learned so much from Tracy the audiologist and was so impressed by their extensive testing and research. I felt comfortable through my entire exam and appreciated all their knowledge about a subject I clearly did not know enough about. I am referring my parents especially to get tested and am so happy I took the plunge and got evaluated. Fantastic group of professionals. Thank you
