The worst Havanna along with Corrientes and Angel Gallardo. Dirty, disgusting, they serve poorly and on top of that you have to serve yourself because they don't bring you to the table, they don't even have the menu with the prices of the combos, they don't give you water, nor the little trays when they serve you. There is dirt on the tables. The truth is terrible and they could have at least had a kettle. Not the water in the cup. Fourth!!!

I ordered a dulce de leche alfajor, I noticed it was a little hard and I asked the cashier if it was fresh and she answered yes. When we tried to eat it, it was hard as a rock. The expiration date was August but the truth is that you couldn't even eat it. We complained to an employee and she told us to complain to the cashier. The truth is that we did not complain because we did not want to transform a pleasant moment into a tense situation. They should check the quality of the products, more in a specific place of the brand. A shame.

I ordered a frappe and they delivered it to me without ice. When I check, they tell me that the cooler doesn't work for them and that's why the product comes out like that. I ask them to exchange it for something else and they tell me that they can't, that if I want something else I have to pay for it. It would be good if they reported this problem when the customer is placing the order. The tables and chairs were dirty.

The service is terrible. I ordered a coffee with alfajor, and when they give me the coffee I tell him I'm missing the alfajor, look, you have to grab it, and how am I going to know? I tell him? I support the tray and he tells me no, you can't support it there. Long faces, it's not what it used to be. The room and the tables are dirty and they don't even serve it to your table anymore. Lousy. I'm not coming back to this suc again.
