Disappointed in this place, burnt coffee in a paper cup, we ordered a toasted one, 3 triangles came burnt and seemed boiled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL AND I WOULD NOT RETURN THERE ARE MORE COFFEE OPTIONS IN THE SHOPING WITH BETTER QUALITY IN EVERYTHING.

The worst place. Firstly, there are dirty people who leave things on the table instead of throwing them in the trash and secondly, they do not have staff to clean these tables according to what the cashier mentioned. And the coffee I drink is a disaster.

My girlfriend and I ordered 2 coffees and 2 waffles with cream, dulce de leche and red fruits. The coffees were good, Havanna style. The waffles were also delicious, the problem and the great frustration is that the place did not provide quality forks. It is a danger that they give out such poor knives and forks. The waffle was hard enough that it made us break up to 5 plastic cutlery, I couldn't take a photo of the other 2 knives because I had thrown them in the bin before ordering more knives and forks. This is a danger because on more than one occasion it is a choice between cutting the waffle or breaking the cutlery, and this can lead to you hurting your hand or leaving a small piece of plastic in the food, which is what happened to us. . Luckily, the parts of the knife/fork that broke were large enough to be seen and removed, but if they were small, you might end up eating them without realizing it. It really ruined our experience of enjoying a good meal because the waffle itself was delicious. My girlfriend ended up eating the waffle with her hand... They must strongly reconsider the cutlery they provide to the consumer, they do not have to be metal, but they cannot be made of plastic this soft.
