Havanna Café Palladium Curitiba

Terrible service, in addition to being slow, I ordered a hot drink and ok, it was delicious, but it came soooo hot, so I went to the counter and asked if the girl could at least add a finger of cold milk to ease it a little, she said which could only be done if I was charged for a new drink, because the one I ordered was hot. I found it unwilling and when I turned my back, it was still commenting or, as many know, whispering to the other colleague.

I've been going there for a long time, I love the products, coffees and I loved the service... but yesterday when I went, the attendants changed and the service was terrible, they served me coffee spilled all over the saucer and when I asked for a change the attendant didn't like it, she gave me a dirty look. and he was still whispering to his colleagues. I loved the service from a guy I worked before and I never had to complain about any coffee served...it was the first time.

Pleasant atmosphere inside Livraria Curitiba, it has sweets, snacks and coffees to enjoy on site, and also Havanna products for purchase, the best in my opinion are the dulce de leche and the coffees. The store always has promotions that are worth it. The service from some attendants is great, while from others it leaves much to be desired.

The fact that the Cafeteira is located inside the Curitiba bookstore is a very positive point because it brings the immersion of being able to have a good coffee and read a book or just enjoy the decoration of the place which is beautiful, the coffee besides being strong and delicious is very beautiful, and the sweets are very traditional.

I unconditionally love the delights of Café Havanna .. Very kind service, light atmosphere, very clean, congratulations to the whole team for the quality of service and the delights served .. A pleasure every time I have my coffee 🥰
