Havanna Café - Shopping Parque da Cidade

Good coffee but staff are chatting and not paying attention to tables. The button to call the waiter doesn't work either. I pressed several times and finally had to go to the counter to be answered.

They serve it without warning that it doesn't even have a straw... Frapê left something to be desired, it wasn't good...

Worst experience in Havana ever! Servants completely unprepared, I spent 1 hour waiting for my coffee to be informed after more than 50 minutes waiting that they didn't have the coffee I ordered, it couldn't be made because some ingredient was missing. I lost 1 hour of my life to drink a horrible coffee! Prepare your employees!!! It's absurd that we go out to relax and have a coffee and get stressed out because of incompetent people.

My experience was great. The manager Danilo is super sweet and friendly.

Friendly cafe located on a busy corner of the mall. The layout is the same as the other franchises, good coffee, crispy medialunas and great Argentine alfajores. Service is friendly and agile
