I needed to exchange a pair of slippers bought on the website, they were very helpful and polite. First time I visited the physical store...

My experience with this store was the worst possible. I bought an alpargata for my boyfriend as a gift on 12/13/2019 and it was too big, even though it was his size. We went to the store three times to make the exchange, but they didn't have the product in stock in the smaller size. The seller kept the invoice and the contact and said she would call us later to change the slipper, but she didn't call, when we got back the seller wasn't there, the time for the change had passed (30 days) and they didn't want to change the product anymore. Now I have a pair of espadrilles at home that don't fit anyone, money wasted. Sellers are not concerned with resolving any setbacks that may arise, but only selling. I'm disappointed and I don't intend to buy Havaianas products any time soon.

There could be more options like on the website, but great service and affordable prices.

Havaianas truly has undeniable quality and diversity of products. I recently purchased Alpargata and I am enjoying the experience. This unit located in Shopping Flamboyant has exorbitant prices. There are products more expensive than sneakers! It's worth visiting another store of theirs, perhaps the one in Shopping Araguaia.
