Terrible service when exchanging, I got a gift and went to exchange, I paid the difference and still bought one more, ugly face and I already said there will be no more exchanges after this, a beautiful store, brand known in the world, disappointment, I told the saleswoman that I'm going to buy some sneakers in another store, she said that the service in other stores is even worse.... Sad for the store owner who pays rent and maintains the store

Terrible service from this store! I bought 3 Havaianas and pendants as gifts, when we went to take them to have the pendants drilled, the sellers didn't want to do the drilling. When it comes to selling, they want it at all costs! I don't recommend this store!

Terrible service and total lack of empathy when exchanging the product, when selling anything goes. If they refuse to exchange a new product even with proof of purchase in hand, it is better to look for another unit, a real shame for the franchise.
