Good place to find tools, especially for men. The staff is very attentive and friendly, they are always willing to help you. They should take advantage of many discounts there these days. Go and visit it.

Go into the store because the online says the item I want is in stock. I ask and the manager says they don't have it. Barely looks. Doesn't offer to see if another store has it. The manager has worse customer service than the cashier who was fairly friendly. Sir, if you hate your job that much just quit!

I bought a generator from the New London store that got stolen sometime that night. Luckily, I bought the Protection Plan. I showed them my receipt and emailed them a statement made to the police which included the case number and the officer's name and badge number. They replaced my generator immediately. What more do i need to say about this company's professionalism and customer service.
