Harbor Freight Tools

It's a pretty typical harbor freight if you've ever been. This one in particular seems to be well kept and keeps their inventory well stocked. I prefer this one over Lexington's due to clientele and the workers are much more friendly. I've yet to have any actual wait for check out maybe had 1 or 2 people inline in front of me. I've had multiple warranty items exchanged out here and they've never caused a hassle. Would always recommend going to this one.

Great place to grab tools you need, fast and in a hurry. The employees could some what be more friendlier than the experience I had while shopping there. The service here was poor.

Love it.. spent $1,000.00 today at parking lot sale and got almost $3000.00 worth.of tools. Love it.. just wish it would last another week to another pay check.. I've been saving waiting but there's never enough $ when they have these sales...

Great customer service at this location. Went in looking for a set of wrenchs and they only had incomplete sets. They gave me a raincheck for the coupon I was trying to use on them and told me a complete set would be in next week. I called on their truck day and the manager held the set for me until I could come pick it up later in the day.

I wanted to share my experience today at the Harbor Freight store in Nicholasville. I live in Lexington and was already heading to Sam’s Club in Nicholasville earlier today, so when my husband needed something from Harbor Freight and said they had a store in Nicholasville, that was a no brainer. When I stepped into the store, a young lady at the front register said hello and asked if she could help me find something. Typically, I will wander a store to find what I am looking for, but today I took her up on her question. She knew exactly where the item was that I was looking for and then quickly realized that they kept those in boxes in the back so asked me to wait right there. She double checked the stock on her register, and then asked one of the other employees to get my item from the back, since she could not leave the front. The other employee, a young man, nicely obliged and went to the back to get my item and brought it to the register for me and even offered to carry it to my car. The box was light enough that I could carry it, but how nice was that? The sweet young lady then checked me out quickly, with a smile and a thank you. I was there a total of maybe 5 minutes and had the most awesome customer service that I have had in a very long time. I thanked both of them several times and told them they were fantastic (and awesome). If anyone is reading this that works there or knows the employees, their names are Reagan and Wyatt. They are two wonderful, kind employees that Harbor Freight is lucky to have there. I appreciate them, and will go out of my way to frequent this particular Harbor Freight store going forward. P.S. Reagan helped other customers that came in while I was there, and knew more about what was in that store, where it was and what they had, than anyone I’ve ever seen. So it wasn’t just me, it was everyone she treated with kindness and helpfulness.
