Harbor Freight Tools

Spent some time in the store shopping around looking for any excuse to buy more than what I came for (like I normally do). when I was ready to check out I went to the checkout area near where three employees were at. all of them were working on something not customer-related in the corner (what the the two employees are working on in the photo). The one employee steps away from that side task and then checks out this lady that was walking in the aisle to the side of me when I was waiting there before she was. so, I decide to look around at some more stuff on the shelves right next to the checkout registers after getting screwed over by the one employee. keep in mind that the other two employees are working on a non-customer-related task and ignoring me at this time. when the lady that got checked out before me finished paying for her stuff I started to head back to the one stand that was opened and then this cowboy with a cart full of stuff rushes in front of me to the register. this was the final straw and I left my stuff in the cart and walked out of the store. Bad employees and worse clientele. I have spent lots of money at harbor freight over the years and was probably going to return tomorrow to purchase the Hercules table saw at the 20% coupon for itc members. also, as someone who is working to become self-employed in residential construction/carpentry, I am in a position to spend a LOT of money on startup expenses over the next few years. just because harbor freight offers affordable merchandise doesn't excuse bad customer service. I have no intention to return to any harbor freight in the future and will be following up with corporate about refunding the remainder of my membership since I only renewed it one or two months ago.

my favorite place for tools. I love this store the employs are very nice and helpful. the tools are a great value. they have a 4 tier system if you only need a cheap tool for a one time project they have it. but also they have tools at different levels to meet needs also at reasonable prices. the also have a return policy that you can return the product for any reason no hassle. the manager mark is great. a lot of the tools have a lifetime warranty. they also have items from toys to household items also. I cleaning supply and painting along with gardening tools and supplies. I get all of my welding supplies also. in short a great place.

AS FAR AS HARBOR FREIGHT GOES , I LOVE GOING THERE , THEY HAVE GREAT ITEMS AT A GREAT PRICE , BUT THIS TIME THE STAFF ACTED LIKE THEY WERE MORE INTERESTED IN SHOOTING THE BULL , THEN HELPING A CUSTOMER , NOW I WILL SAY THIS , NOT ALL OF THE HARBOR FREIGHT STORE'S ARE LIKE THIS AND NOT ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE LIKE THIS , SO IF YOU NEED GOOD TOOLS AT A GOOD PRICE , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS , BUT SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR , ON YOUR ON !

Great knowledgeable service store is well kept and clean, and of course prices are very reasonable. Some things are not ment for commercial use but are very inexpensive. They also have lines that are a little more pricy but hold up well, I do commercial and industrial construction and I shop here all the time.

25 minutes before posted closing time and store is closed. Waste of my time.
