employees working the registers were very helpful and personable. supervisor honoring a warranty was very unprofessional and should not be dealing with customers. unbelievable to think that you had a right to open a brand new box and start removing items.

Always a good bet. So many confuse low prices with inferior quality. The CEO is all about value, and does his best to bring value for your dollars. Nothing at all wrong with this place, and the staff is great.

They have good price but no EEs. I saw something online that it said it is available at BPT store, I walked around 20 minutes to find it but no luck. They have 2 registers they are always lined up so , you cannot ask help from reg staff and there is no single EE out there to help you to find what you need. They need more staff. Sometimes I leave things I grabbed back when I see a big line and leave. Our time is more valuable than money.

I really like this store. I stayed away from harbor freight because I thought they were cheap tool in both price and quality. I dont think that is the case as much anymore. Dont know how many power tools I will be buying but I buy alot of the tools that I would only use every once in while. Also great for the consumable stuff like blades, bits, cut wheels, etc. Staff is one of the consistently friendlier staff I have meet in long time.
